Napalm Death Prepare For U.S. Festivals & European Tour

After a successful run of dates in Australia and New Zealand together with Carcass, British Grindcore pioneers NAPALM DEATH continue to promote their 15th studio album, Apex Predator - Easy Meat with festival appearances this coming weekend in North America (Maryland Death Fest and Fort Worth Metal Festival) as well as dates in Europe and Russia this summer.

Revocation Launch New Lyric Video

In celebration of the REVOCATION'S tour with VEIL OF MAYA, the band has prepared a series of lyric videos with fellow guitarist and director/animator Nick Hipa. The first for "Labyrinth Of Eyes" was unleashed last week. This week the band unveils a clip for "Madness Opus," streaming here, along with all of REVOCATION's previously released videos for Deathless.

Author & Punisher Premiere New Song

Author & Punisher, aka Tristan Shone, the musically-inclined mechanical engineer who has created an intricate set of machines to replicate his unique version of doom, is streaming “Callous and Hoof” a new song from the outfit’s Housecore Records’ debut, Melk En Honing (June 30), via Revolver.

Audiotopsy Signs With Napalm Records

AUDIOTOPSY, the powerhouse new band featuring guitarist Greg Tribbett (Mudvayne, Hell Yeah), drummer Matt McDonough (Mudvayne), vocalist Billy Keeton (Skrape) and bassist Perry Stern have signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records. Their debut album is scheduled for release in late summer 2015.

Housecore Horror Festival Returning For Year Three

Legendary metal frontman and Housecore Records founder, Philip H. Anselmo, is bringing his horror-themed film and metal festival back for a third year. After a great ride in Austin, the festival will kick off in San Antonio, Texas at the Aztec Theater on November 13th -15th, 2015.

Brothers Of The Sonic Cloth Kick Off Tour Tomorrow

BROTHERS OF THE SONIC CLOTH - the Seattle doom brigade featuring iconic guitarist/vocalist Tad Doyle, formerly of Tad and Hog Molly, veteran bassist Peggy Doyle and drummer Dave French (The Anunnaki) -- will level the stages of nine cities with their apocalyptic odes on a long-anticipated bout of West Coast rituals. Slated to commence tomorrow, May 21st, on their home turf of Seattle, the trio will make their way through Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Denver and Salt Lake City with the run drawing to a close in Boise.

Lucifer Premiere Video For "Izrael"

Berlin-based heavy metal blues rockers, LUCIFER, have today unveiled the video for their brand new single, "Izrael". The single was written by and ex-Cathedral guitarist, Garry Jennings and front woman Johanna Sadonis and is taken from their upcoming debut album, entitled Lucifer I. The video for the track - directed by and Chris Koll and Sadonis - was shot partly at LUCIFER's first Berlin show in April. Check out the exclusive premiere via NPR here.
