it's a memory dump. contains info about what caused the crash. i have no idea what the codes mean, but usually a device driver caused you to crash.

im guessing its drivers, i get errors like that when i get in a hurry and update my drivers before uninstalling the old ones

SP : 2_0 Service Pack 2
Product : 768_1 No Idea
This Looks Like The Result Of Faulty Memory. Try Removing And Re-Arranging The Memory You Have Installed. If You Only Have One Stick, Move It To A Different Slot. If The Problem Doesn't Happen Again, It Was Likely Due To A Faulty Slot.
