I don't give a fuck about racism when the incident that needs to be punished, that requires attention, and that HARMED FUCKIN FLESH was VIOLENT ASSAULT ON ONES PERSON. Only an academic shit-stain would look at a bleeding head-wound and think, "blah blah blah social concerns big picture blah blah racism?" The obvious, self-evident thing that needs to be addressed in such a scenario is the fuckin BEATING not the sentiment in the attacker's head.

I never said it was worse. Neither is worse if done because of their race. But one is far more common and far more likely.

White people are not less important... but again, it is still far less likely for them to suffer for their skin color or be denied justice.

I keep leaving out their long sentences BECAUSE THEY ARE FUCKING CRIMINALS. You would rather be beaten up by teenagers than put in prison? Well, then perhaps you should learn from their example and NOT BREAK THE LAW BY BEATING SOMEONE ELSE. Again.. I don't agree with hate crime laws either.

That said.. for all your yelling about how you care more about "HARMED FUCKIN FLESH" and "VIOLENT ASSAULT ON ONES PERSON", funny how that goes out the window when your cracker friends actually violently assault another person and "harm his fuckin flesh". Then.. they are the victims to the exclusion of all others because they got long sentences.

I will ask it again.. were your friends actually CHARGED with a hate crime? Was the idea that it was a hate crime brought up in court AT ALL? This case where assault got someone probation... was that one person assaulting another, or three people assaulting one person?
