Good article about multiple Olympic medal winning Greco Roman wrestler Rulon Garder.
it has a weight loss/inspirational slant to it but, it's a great read regardless of the motivation.

More people need to take initiative when it comes to their overall health.

All it takes is dedication and self control, which most people seem to lack.

All it takes is less internet, more outdoors, less pop tarts and more steaks. Everyone else can have fun battling with the will power to not eat another slice of cheesecake and do another half hour on the treadmill

cheesecake is terrible to begin with, so I don't know why anyone would ever choose to eat it.

People frequently ask me "Kevlar, how can I get an extremely thick, slightly powerful, somewhat muscular torso such as the one you yourself have?"

Unequivocally, I tell them large servings of cheesecake and a pathological fear of all things cardio.

All it takes a defeat of Alexei "the experiment" Karelin, an accomplishment which most people seem to lack.

That win was a little bit of bullshit anyway. Still, everyone on that show should have to wrestle Karelin at some point.
