What is your go-to meal? The one that you cook on the fly when you're feeling uninspired or you just love it for much its what you make most often?

Mine is baked macaroni and cheese. A tomato and mayo sandwich on white bread is a close second.

i could also just grill a chicken breast at any point as grilling requires no motivation, it's just a part of life.

The key to getting it crispy is to dry the broccoli after you wash it off, I normally let it sit for a hour or so. I chop up about 2 or 3 crowns and toss them in olive oil. Spread it out on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle salt and pepper. I smash up about 4 or 5 garlic cloves and spread them out over it. Bake at about 400 to 425 for 15 to 20 minutes (depends on your oven).

If you want to get super fancy add some lemon juice and zest after it comes out and top with some parmesan cheese. I normally just throw a shit ton of fresh chopped basil on top.

Its so easy. Its my favorite "I dont feel like cooking anything heavy but I want to eat a shit ton of food" meal. I smoke a lot of pot. This works great for the munchies.
