I saw Younger Years open for A Wilhelm Scream the other night and it was hands down the best I've ever heard them sound. Super stoked for this show.

are there any solid places to eat around those parts?

If you're trying to eat for free, hit up that girl Rachel that posted on the event page. She runs a non-profit thing called "Feed the Scene". She feeds and gives out of state bands a place to crash for free. Apparently she makes some pretty ill food too.

Aside from that... there isn't much in the immediate vacinity of the venue, since its in a financial type district. Its actually right next to city hall. Its really close to the harbor though and there are tons of places down there... but its touristy and can be pricey.

yeah i saw that. id feel weird taking food from her considering we arent coming from very far. ill see what urbanspoon has to say.

There's not much around the Sidebar in the evening except the red-light district. What time are you guys getting to Bmore? There are tons of spots we (Pleasant Living) can show you that are a short drive from the Sidebar if you have time. Fells Point is about a 5 minute drive from the venue and there are shitload of bars and restaurants that aren't tourist traps.

we havent really gotten that far ahead in planning. if its nice out maybe well come down earlier to kick it. my boy fubu showed me JA Murphys, that place has dollar shots and rules.

That place went on that show "Bar Rescue" on spike and went out of business 6 months later.

damn thats wild haha. im sure were gonna want to kick it at the harbor and shit.

Knowing my usual summer routine I'll probably just be grilling and drinking in my backyard before the show.
