from ineffecthardcore.com

Madball have entered the studio to begin work on their 8th full length release, their first since 2010's "Empire". The band is recording basic tracks with Ken Susi (Unearth) at System Recordings in Grafton, Massachusetts. Additional recording will take place at Pinecrust Studios, in Miami, Florida with Jonathan Nuñez at the helm. The band will hand over mixing duties to Zeuss, who worked with them on "Legacy" (2005) and "Infiltrate The System" (2007). The still untitled album is slated for a mid-summer release.

I posted a news story about that almost a month ago

I certainly don't think Madball sucks... but my interest in new music from them has certainly waned in recent years.

Even if their newer records aren't as good, they atleast have the sense to fill their sets with mostly the jams. New album means another tour. I can get down with that.
