Not sure if anyone will read this but last summer I went to my eye doctor and they sent me to a Corneal specialists and they said that I have Keratoconus. Which from what i gather is basically my cornea going into a curved shape screwing up my vision. When I look at lights I see halos and everything is blurred. They've tried using gas permeable rigid contacts but I just can't seem to get the hang of using them. I can't afford Corneal Cross Linking and apparently from what the Specialist said my eyesight needs to at least be 20/200 before I can receive a Corneal transplant. There's also a 1-3 chance that the donor Corneas will be rejected by my body, forcing me to take steroids to keep it in check. Any info or tips anyone can bring me will be greatly appreciated.
