All the hotels in the immediate Reading area are fucked. But cheap. Otherwise you'll be 5+miles(?) away from Reverb. There's a bar across the highway from Econo on 5th st. called Legends. Plenty of birds fluttering around there on the weekend. If they give you shit about dress code. Tell 'em the fool with the beard sent you. Regardless, Reverb will probably have a Friday night pre-show party.
