Finally got a chance to watch episode 8. Damn good episode, too. I still can't get over how incredible Peter Dinklage has been in this series. There's simply no other character that stands above the others more than his portrayal of Tyrion, in my opinion. Sucks that the season is close to wrapped up, but I'm stoked to see what happens to close it.

last night's episode was unreal..could definitely tell Martin had his hand in it. Building up the suspense for 20 to 25 minutes than bam nigga's getting their heads chopped of and Tyrion's is hacking peoples legs off.
I still have a boner.

Last nights episode fucking ruled. Perfect example of building up an entire season and giving people a proper payoff.

If Tyrion wasn't considered a badass before now (which he was) he sure as fuck earned boss status last night.

I also curious as to who would win in a fight between Sandor and Bron.

Also, lol at Cersei's trolling.

best episode of the series so far. BUT GRRM is on board to write ep. 7 of next season "Autumn Storms." For those familiar with the books, Storm is going to be broken into two seasons. Given what takes place during the storm and the RW, that's either going to be the episode that it happens, or the one after. If it is ep 7, that leaves room for the Purple Wedding as the finale. It's going to make television history. The producers have said from the start of the show that the RW is the scene they have been looking forward to shooting the most. And I mean, obviously it's the most jaw-droppping what the fuck read the pages again moment in the series.

The battle of the blackwater was great in the books, and made even better in the adaptation (even without Tyrion's Chain and Sansa's song and other minor details). If they can pull that off with RW, Tv's and brains are going to fucking explode.

I'm a huge nerd and have already watched last night's episode 4 times.

I have been trying not to look at this thread till I caught up for fear of spoilers.

200 pages into the third book. This is the most I have nerded out over a show.

The actor who plays him really sold the being terrified by fired deal last night. Every time it was even in his sight you could see in his eyes how he was like a 6 year old kid again. And actually getting to hear the rains of castamere, for me, has been the most awesome single part of the series so far.
