no he was there to do an acoustic show. he did like loads of far stuff and one line drawing songs too. usually mixed together. hee hee. i dunno how i started. erm i got sick of going to huge shows where everyone was fake and so i got more into the diy scene. i helped my friend put on a show of local bands. and it was fun so i started booking bands from further afield. you have to pay them a guarantee. if you book through their booking agency, their guarantee is more and the booking agents take half of it. so if you get in touch with the bands themselves and offer them a show and ask em how much they'd do it for. usually best to give them a place to crash for the night too. then there is venue and PA and sound guy to find. best if you can find people who'll do it free, so mates who know their shit n stuff. i've put on cardia before too, ian love from rival schools new band. they were ace. xxx

yeah jonah from far is ace. i used to put gigs on in birmingham and jonah came and played for us. that was a couple of years back. man is actually nicer than he seems. if thats possible.
